Rationale & Mandate

Why IACT exists

Northern Mindanao is one of the Philippines' fastest-growing regions, yet investor access to accurate, consolidated information remained fragmented.

IACT was established as a multi-agency inter-governmental body to serve as a single point of contact for investors — eliminating bureaucratic friction and providing end-to-end facilitation services at no cost.

Operating under the regional development framework, IACT coordinates among national government agencies, local government units, and the private sector to create an investor-friendly environment aligned with the Philippine Development Plan.
